Nsdc Agreement with Which Organization for Skill Training

The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with various organizations to boost skill training in the country. One such organization is the Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI).

The MoU signed between the NSDC and RASCI aims to promote skill training and improve the overall quality of the retail sector in India. Under this agreement, the NSDC will provide financial support to RASCI to carry out skill development initiatives, including training programs, certification courses, and other skill-building activities.

The Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India is a not-for-profit organization established under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Its mission is to create a skilled workforce for the retail industry that meets international standards of quality and productivity.

The partnership between the NSDC and RASCI is a step towards achieving the goal of the Skill India mission, which aims to skill 400 million people by 2022. The retail sector is a major contributor to the Indian economy, employing millions of people across the country.

The NSDC has been working tirelessly to promote skill development in India by partnering with various organizations and companies. It has signed MoUs with organizations like the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and the Indian Auto LPG Coalition (IAC).

The NSDC has also launched various initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) to promote skill development among the youth of the country.

In conclusion, the partnership between the NSDC and RASCI is a significant step towards improving the quality of the retail sector in India. It will provide a platform for the industry to train its workforce and create a skilled workforce that can meet the demands of the sector. The NSDC‘s commitment towards skill development in the country is commendable, and it is through initiatives like these that India can achieve its goal of becoming a skilled nation.
